El Paso Electric is pleased to offer the Residential, Income Qualified Residential, Small Commercial, Large Commercial, Texas SCORE and New Mexico SCORE Plus Programs to help customers save money by increasing the energy efficiency of their homes and businesses. The programs feature financial incentives to help offset the cost of energy efficiency upgrades. Common projects include lighting, insulation, duct sealing, and air conditioning improvements.
